Privacy Policy

This policy explains what this website collects, why, and who it goes to. Akari Buckhead is a residential community at 3478 Lakeside Drive NE, Atlanta, Georgia 30326, managed by Gallery Residential, LLC. In this policy, "we" and "us" mean the community and its management.
What we collect
Two things, and they are separate.
- What you send us. If you request a tour, you give us your first and last name, email address, phone number, your desired move-in date, the floor plan you are interested in, and anything you write in the message box. Nothing on this site asks for a Social Security number, a date of birth, financial details, or any government identifier, and you should not send those through this form. The page also loads CallRail's form-capture component, described below, which can send the values you enter to CallRail as well as to us.
- What your browser reports. When any website loads, your browser tells the servers it contacts your IP address, browser and device type, and the page you came from. This site's host receives that, and so do the third parties described below that supply parts of the page. Google Analytics and CallRail, both described below, also record pages viewed, approximate location derived from your IP address, the referring site, the page you arrived on, and device and browser type.
Why we collect it
Inquiry details are used to answer you, schedule a tour, and follow up about leasing at this community. Analytics data is used to understand which parts of the site people use, so the site can be improved. Call tracking data is used to tell which marketing source produced a call or a tour request. We do not use any of it to make automated decisions about you.
Cookies, analytics and call tracking
This site uses two measurement services, and both set first-party cookies.
Google Analytics 4 sets first-party cookies to recognize returning visits and measure how the site is used. It is configured deliberately:
- Advertising features are switched off. Google Signals and ad personalization are disabled, so this site does not build advertising audiences or remarketing lists from your visit.
- We do not sell or share your personal information for money or for cross-context behavioral advertising.
- Global Privacy Control switches analytics off. If your browser sends a GPC signal, Google Analytics storage is switched off automatically. This applies to analytics only. The call tracking described next reads no consent signal: blocking cookies stops its cookies, but not the request itself, which carries your IP address, browser and referring page. A browser extension that blocks the script, or your browser's tracking protection, is what stops that.
You can also opt out of Google Analytics in any browser using Google's opt-out add-on, or block cookies in your browser settings. The site works normally either way. Google describes its own handling of this data at policies.google.com/privacy.
CallRail is a call tracking service used by this community's management. It changes the phone number shown on this site so that a call can be attributed to the marketing source that produced it. The same script loads CallRail's form-capture component, which can send the values entered in a form to CallRail. It sets first-party cookies that hold a session identifier, the page you arrived on, and the site that referred you, and stores the same values in your browser's local storage, so clearing cookies alone does not remove them. CallRail also reads this site's Google Analytics cookie, so a call can be matched to the same visit that analytics recorded.
The phone number in this policy's contact details is never replaced. A number shown elsewhere on the site, as a link you can tap to dial, may be replaced by a tracking number. Every one of them reaches the leasing office. CallRail describes its own handling of this data at callrail.com/privacy. The site uses no advertising tags.
Third parties that supply parts of the page
Some parts of the page are loaded from other companies' servers. Loading them tells that company your IP address, your browser, and the page you are viewing, under its own terms:
- Google Fonts serves the typefaces. Google describes its handling of this data at policies.google.com/privacy.
- Esri serves the neighborhood map images.
- unpkg, a public code host, serves the software libraries the page and the map run on.
- Entrata, the leasing platform this community's management uses, serves the live floor plan and availability listing under "Floor Plans". It is served from leasing.akaribuckhead.com. That address belongs to this community but points at Entrata's systems, so the listing is Entrata's even though the address looks like ours. Anything you do inside it, such as choosing a floor plan, checking a price, or starting an application, happens on Entrata's systems under Entrata's terms, and Entrata may set its own cookies there. Entrata describes its handling of this data at legal.entrata.com/privacy-policy.
The "Get Directions" links on the map open Google Maps. Nothing is sent to Google Maps unless you click one.
Who we share it with
Tour requests are delivered by email to the on-site leasing team and are stored in the leasing and property management systems this community uses to track prospective residents. Service providers who host this site and deliver its email process data on our behalf under their own terms: Vercel hosts the site, Resend delivers tour requests by email, Google provides analytics, CallRail provides call tracking and tour request capture, and Entrata serves the availability listing and receives what you do inside it. We may disclose information where the law requires it, or to establish or defend legal claims. We do not sell your information.
How long we keep it
Inquiries are kept for as long as needed to respond to you and for the period the community's records policy requires, then deleted or de-identified. Analytics data is retained under the retention setting configured in Google Analytics, and call tracking data under the retention setting configured in CallRail.
Your choices
- Ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, using the contact details below.
- Opt out of analytics using Global Privacy Control, Google's opt-out add-on, or your browser's cookie controls. Blocking cookies is the control that covers call tracking as well.
- Stop leasing emails by replying to any message and asking, or by using the unsubscribe link where one is present.
- Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights over your personal information. Tell us what you want and we will do what applies.
Fair housing
This community is an equal housing opportunity provider. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, familial status, national origin, disability, or any other class protected by federal, state or local law. Nothing collected through this site is used to target or exclude anyone on those grounds.
Children
This site is meant for adults inquiring about a home. It is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has sent us something, contact us and we will delete it.
Security
Inquiries are sent over an encrypted connection and access is limited to people who need it to do their jobs. No website can promise perfect security, and we will not claim otherwise.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Material changes will be noted on this page.
